Where do I pick up my wristband?

Wristbands need to be collected from the festival box office at the Corn Exchange off King Street. The ticket purchaser will need to bring their tickets or e-tickets (printed out or on a mobile device), as well as some ID, to pick up their wristbands.

When can I pick up my wristband?

The box office will be open from 11am until 12 midnight on Friday 4th October.

I've bought multiple tickets, can I pick up my wristbands all at the same time?

The ticket purchaser will need to provide ID and their tickets (printed out or on a mobile device) in order to collect wristbands. The ticket buyer will be able to pick up all the wristbands in their order at once without everyone having to come to the box office.

Where does my wristband get me entry to?

Live music will be available to wristband holders at 4 venues during the festival: The Corn Exchange, Manor Ballroom, The Smokehouse and The Cornhill.

Please note that there are limited capacities at The Smokehouse (80) and The Manor Ballroom (200). Please be aware there may be queues and if the venues are at capacity there is a possibility that you may not get in to see certain acts.

You may wish to plan ahead using the Clashfinder and get to the smaller venues early in an effort to avoid disappointment.

Fortunately, the larger capacities on The Cornhill and at The Corn Exchange mean that all ticket holders will be able to gain access to these venues for the duration of the festival. Keep up-to-date with venue crowd sizes through social media updates using #SCIPS19.

Where are the venues?

The venues are all within one mile of each other. The Smokehouse is located at South Street Studios, via Orford Street just off Norwich Road (next to Coes). Manor Ballroom is on the corner of St Margarets Green and St Margaret's St. Corn Exchange and Ipswich Film Theatre are attached to the Town Hall in the centre of town, accessed via King Street. Cornhill is the town square in the middle of town, right next to the Town Hall. See a map of all the venues here.
